Our Sanctuary

Welcome to Woodland Sanctuary of Hartwell!

We are now a Certified Wildlife Habitat® with the National Wildlife Federation as of April 9, 2025. This is soo exciting! Our mission is to protect what we can in our little 4.5 acre area in Hartwell by creating a habitat that encourages small wildlife, deer, pollinators, butterflies, song birds, etc. We offer clean air, fresh water, healthy foods and educational infomration to the public, we hope to help bring natural balance to our little part of the world for 'mind, body and planet'. Nature has the Answer!
